It's nice that you're having fun with Photoshop, (I loved making sigs like that when I was 14 and new to image manip, myself) but I'm afraid that what you're doing with the stocks does not constitute as fair use. I noticed that you use a couple of pictures that I've seen on Pixiv and you didn't even link back to them! DeviantArt does not generally even allow tracing, so copy+paste with some modification isn't allowed either, and probably isn't even legal. I hope that you'll at least give proper credit before you get caught and banned.
